I was just wondering if I'd missed a post about the FGM, so a quick search threw this thread up. I've looked at the FB page which says a blog update will be forthcoming with details of the meeting and details of the new committee, yet there's nothing on the blog about this at all. Since the announcement about the blog, which was mid April, the only thing mentioned is the FA Cup application name. So, what gives? Where is it?
They're all done, they have been for a while, we just haven't got round to getting them up on the blog yet(the tech stuff is all being switched to someone new) and to be honest, after being very busy in the run up to the formal FA decision, we've been taking it a bit easy for a few weeks. I'll chase it up, but just for the headline details, the new committee are M.Gretton(Chairman), M.Scott(Secretary), A.Hemmingway(Finance), R.Harmer(Membership), I.Waterson(Communications), R.Skelton(Events/Merchandise) and G.Borthwick(Techincal). The sub-group positions were filled by C.Cooper, A.Mills, C.Smith, R.Saunders, G.Bielby, T.Collins, P.Johnson, C.Ball and R.Overfield. Of the original 20 committee members, eight have remained involved and there are eight new members.
Rightyo cheers OLM, I guessed most were taking a breather and just enjoying the rest of the season, was just idle curiosity and wasn't sure if I'd missed a post about it.
