Just quit as CEO of Hull and east Yorkshire hospitals good ridance, the workforce hated him, good times ahead for your local hospitals
me too Jules, maybe now I can improve myself at work and get rewards for it instead of being expected to do extra stuff for no reward
Owed loads of hours and now because of new rules not able to take them back!! Overloaded with work and no respect from the management under him!!
Serious question: do you think the new boss will be more generous and 'respectful'? Did the old feller get promoted or was he 'let go'? Maybe he was seen as too lax and was not meeting his targets!
Too many people jockeying for his position. 'Y front an organisation like this?' he probably thought....
Probably thought he was too much of a hipster to work with us. He wanted to get out before the thong of disgruntled staff chased him out.
I can only speak for myself and pass observation on what I see happening elsewhere, but it seems that today is all about *efficiency * efficiency - to throw lots and lots of s**t at someone then tell them they are under-performing when they can't deliver What a moron http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/a...an-outfit-bizarre-video-urging-staff-fit.html
ffs I work for the NHS and I am glad to have a job .. if you want what you are owed .. "don't do it in the first place" ... just do your job description .. that's all .. and walk away (I know its hard with patients in mind) .. you have to think like a private sector worker as that is how its going .. real world now I am afraid *on a side note I have gained 10% pay rise in two months due to effort, commitment and showing it with figures that they cannot deny*
