Now this is done purely to cause a rumpus....and a bit of fun. Great Britian or more so England, can even narrow it down further, to the NE. What's so ****ing great about it anymore? A ****ed up economy, nee ****ing military, a puppet of the yank ****s. Junkies, immigrants rule the waves. A shallow nation, once proud, now populated by a white soft minority, and a bunch of over paid politicians intent on seeing you all scared to go outside. ............................... Simple questions. Do you like the UK? Are you afraid of living in your own country? Would you fight for it, against the inside attack from the ethnics? ................................
The economy is ****ed everywhere, but we are seemingly leading the way out of it (or so i read last week). Yanks are good for some things, ****e for others, but at the end of the day its the ones with the most cash that win all the time. Immigration is a sticky subject, I am all for it if we are short of applicants for jobs in a specific field (Doctors/ICT etc), outsource to other countries by all means, give them a 4 1/2 year visa, after 4 1/2 years look at it again, if they are a benefit to their workplace etc etc then let them stay (pretty sure after 5 years they become a national anyway) if not, then send them back, pretty sure Australia do something similar, you cant just dock on a raft and get into the country, and stay there claiming benefits for years. I love the UK. Never been afraid of living where I live. Really hard to say, as thats a difficult question with a hell of a lot of permutations, and if I did would I be seen as a terrorist or a freedom fighter? (if fighting for it means pitch forks on the streets) if its microblogging online then fair enough lol but then we would be seen as racist so if we did attack them that way or any way really. time for the bashing to commence, but i dont think anyone will have a perfect solution.
OK Steve, i'll go back to my original point. What's so great about britian? What does it offer to the rest of the world?
I am living in New York at present, and all I can say is I love my country. If you try living away you see our country for what it is.
Britain has become a ****hole but there are definitely worse places. We have been a puppet to the Yanks since 1980 definitely. Worlds most powerful nation prior to ww1 which left us skint. The Yanks held us to ransom over ww2 & we have only recently paid off the debt. We've nowt to thank them for, at all.
But they have given us.............. They have done this for us................. Na **** it, GB a shadow of a nation, once respected, now **** all.
Well they gave us Ford & Vauxhall, both American companies. The Yanks got the Mustang, we got the Capri, lol.
But were we respected outside of Britain?, what I mean is we took over usually by force all the commonwealth countries, was only the USA that kicked our ass, and they still cling onto that constitution to this day (everyone has the right to bare arms), we were big in the slave trade, which lets be honest, a lot of immigrants came from originally, we were bullies, just like the USA is seen as today. (the 2 world wars helped boost our popularity, as we done some serious arse kicking). There was no Net, there wasnt much news at all apart from our side of the story, but i bet the Indians and American Indians (as well as a ton of others) were pissed off when we walked in and virtually took over. Now we have probably went completely the other way, and yes we are too soft in some aspects, and bow to the Americans far too much, but if its a choice of the Americans or the EU i would probably pick the Americans, neither that good, but the best of the 2 imho. Is Great Britain still great, probably not, but which country is great, every country has got some problem or other, there isnt one Utopia out there, that is the be all and end all of countries.
Last time we got our arses kicked in our own back yard was by the Normans. No ****er has come in here & took us over since then.

I have a relatively decent life. Courtesy of living in a decent country. There are a lot worse countries than us. This is my country and nobody scares me. Daren't even get started on this question. Not discussing politics/immigration on here. Too thorny a subject.
Was already p*ssed when I posted hence I didn't want to start another argument/debate. Sober I don't mind stating my feelings. Will comment later when I have sobered up cos am still drunk off yesterday's session.
