Do nt want Gus. to many changes after every game. He never started the same 11 twice running. I'd take big Sam or Nigel Clough, Sunderland born.

Big Sam would have to get leave the PL first.

And that doctor of This Morning is from Sunderland. He should be manager then.

Me and a couple of my pals were discussing Clough the other day actually, he did a really good job at Derby, stabilized them and got them moving in the right direction, and we can all see what a grand job he's doing at Sheff United.

We kind of agreed he seems to have a limit, takes clubs to a point then hits a wall, but he does appear to have some potential.

I agree with you pal, diakite was playing all the time under PDC & I thought he was getting better all the time to.

Plus, signing Bridcock & letting N'Diaye go to Real Betis was a ****ing joke.

Time to tell Poyet to get **** I say like.

He played a consistent starting 11 actually, it's just when they consistently ****ed up he has started to change things

He would have, but Diakite to me looked like a deer on ice.

Big lad but that's about it.

N'Dayie I really don't understand, granted his passing was pretty horrible, but I'd have him in cm ahead of Gardner or Seb any day of the week

I watch Diakite against Udinese weeks ago & he look decent to me pal. he did look abit rusty at the start of the season but he has been out injured for ages. he just needed time. I rather play him instead of the **** we got at the back now.

N'Diaye should of been kept, he had pace & power & thats what we are missing in Cm.

In some positions you can get away with it but our main positions the players are like cart horses.

Yeah there were signs of a decent player in him, his cause wasn't helped by the fact he didn't play for about 2 months

    Yep completely agree about N'Dayie

I'd rather stay in the championship. It's not all about winning. It's about enjoying yourself when you go to watch games imo

Of course it's all about winning pal. if Sunderland win I'm buzzing for the rest of the weekend & I don't care how rubbish the footy was. when we was winning games under O'Neill was you happy? of course you was & bet you didn't moan about how rubbish the footy was then.

I would say Mavrias but I haven't seen him play since Kidderminster.

This has been our biggest problem really. We have players with decent quality but they're ALL slow. Giacch, AJ, even Larsson, Alonso, Fletch, Wickham. They can all handle the ball but it's so hard to break down prem teams without pace.

Update on the two loan lads.

Wattmore has struggled with injury out on loan at Hibs so hasn't played much and Karlsson hasn't made the bench in the last two games at Kilmarnock.

Yeah I suppose I was happy winning under MON but sooooo bored by it once his new manager bump died off. Under Gus, even though we haven't won many games I've been to, I've enjoyed performances and had some pride in how were trying to play the game.

Watmore I think will come good

    Karlsson I don't

Of the other youngsters we signed I think Ba & Mavrias will play a part next season
