Really? Must have parked at another car park to the one our coach was at then, as I only saw a few Acklams and only 1 East Yorkshire.

This is the eggchasers 'I was there' 1980 Hull City v Southend game, doubt there's a combined 3,823 from Hull.

Lots of people stood up in steep stands. Smoke bombs and flares. Loads of paper thrown about. All very dangerous and things our fans, or at least a lot of them, recoil in horror from. It is a dangerous place that stadium. Of course outside is a different matter.<laugh>

Acklams spokesman on RH on Friday said they have charted 110 coaches for Tiger Travel.

I think they all have some sort of reciprocal arrangement. Acklams only have 20 including minivans. Some of the drivers had another long bus trip to the garage after their days work.

Typical big headed responce from the flat earth society. Driving back from Wembley yesterday and tuned into RH as soon as we were in the reception area and the first mention of Hull City reaching an FA Cup Final had us linked to 'magic weekend/hull and rovers' as though our game was on par with that mickey mouse minority category B sport.
    Only in Hull..................
last one out turn out the lights etc............

There's only one event going to be negatively impacted by this clash and we all know it wont be the FA Cup final. I would love to see Eff Cee vs Rervers in front of 3k and still Humberside try to talk it up.

The RFL are useless. It should never have been the same weekend as the FA Cup final regardless of who made the final. I promised my g/f we would go to the magic weekend after we enjoyed it last year. Needless to say I booked my hotel for Wembley last night. She'll get over it.

In all honesty neither will be effected much, if at all. The vast majority of the core 4/5 thousand FC fans and 2 thousand Rovers fans that have already bought tickets to the magic weekend couldn't give a two ****s that City are in the FA Cup final, same as the majority of people on here that couldn't care less about the Magic Weekend.

There will be a small overlap that care about both, of those not all will get tickets to the Final so will go the Magic Weekend anyway.

Can't see the number of rugby fans going to the Magic Weekend from Hull dropping by more than 1,000, if that's the case they'll still be the best supported clubs there.

I know4 pass holders who go to city and fc that had booked and paid for the magic weekend a long time ago and are now looking to off load them . All 4 know how rare this final is to us and are not going to miss it for a weekend that they do every year .

You'd think the eggchasers would have enjoyed it though, 5-3 was a bit of a rugby score wasn't it, City scored higher than a few of Hull FC's Wembley disasters!

    We never lose at Wembley.

Surely the lard chasers will only need a couple of HGVs and a couple of transit vans. Leave the coaches for a proper sport and a proper final.

    We've won 2 out of 2 there.

As many as the rugby clubs have won between them? <laugh>
