Id play all the FA Cup lads, give them the chance to play Arsenal before the final, drop Jela and long, play Fryatt from the start

There's all sorts of crazy permutations now.

If we lose, we improve our chances of going on a European Tour.

One place higher in the league's (now) worth more in prize money than winning the FA Cup.

If you can, you do. It's what's got Hull City AFC into the FA Cup Final.

    If we draw, we're safe.

Obviously it's definite if we win. Strongest team out, which for me means Long & Jelavic.

Strongest team (Long + Jelly), go for the points.

If Jelavic doesn't cut it, bring Matty on for him.

We should always look to play our strongest team and win every game - all this rubbish about losing so Arsenal finish 4th is crap and I can't for one second imagine the manager or players are even considering entertaining it.

Think we should definitely bring Fryatt on at some point and try to play him more often in the lead-in. I agree with the sentiment.

Long and Jelavic are irrelevant now. Keep trying pairs between Fryatt, Aluko and Sagbo, get a repertoire.

FA cup is now the priority by miles.

Agree with you Stan, we need to play the strongest team, and even if we get a point it will be a good result for us.

Try everything to win the game for me too, If arse wand CL football the only help i want us to give them is by beating Everton in the last game .
Putting out a "weakened" team sends out a deplorable message

Play Long and Jelavic on Sunday - keep Fryatt and Aluko for the final and don't allow the Arsenal defence to get to know their game

We absolutely have to play our strongest team, for so many reasons, but mainly the first one...

    - We simply can't assume we're safe yet.

    - There's a £900k gap in prize money for each position - ie £4.5m more for 12th than 17th.

    - Winning is a nice habit to get into.

    - We don't want Arsenal to get the confidence of beating us before the final.

    - Playing the Cup forwards would give Arsenal a chance to get a good look at them close up, killing any mystery.

    - Risk of injury to the Cup forwards increases if they play.

We'll definitely start with Jelly and Long, but if things are going alright, I think it would be useful to give Matty a run out in the second half.

Shouldnt we do the exact opposite? We know their players and can scout them for the next month to get a better idea, whereas their scouts wont get to watch Sagbo and Fryatt.

The best way to qualify for Europe is to beat Arsenal in the Final. As for this weekend, we should not be thinking of anything but a win - Premier League survival is paramount & we would also pile even more pressure on Arsenal before the final.

Yes desperation is good for the Arse. We're still not 100% safe yet, the results at the weekend showed that. There'll be several of those mid table teams who will start slacking off. We NEED to win as many as we can.

We should play to win every game, after all managers and players always say they only look at the next game

The focus should be more on the defence improving. Hopefully Figueroa can be dropped.
