Good to see many old city shirts on display yesterday. Would be great if the club could reproduce some of the classic old shirts :)

Agreed! I need my tiger print with needlers on the front in a couple of sizes bigger! Woulda looked like lycra on me yesterday, and that is not a good look for my shape. I might even have to try and lose 2 stone by the final...

I don't wear replica shirts and didn't yesterday but I'm considering wearing one for the final and would like an 80's or 90's one, definitely a market for them and marks you out as a proper fan from the glory hunters, blimey City glory hunters, how far we've come!

The oldest I saw was probably around mid 80's with Riding Bitter on it! I'm definitely getting good wear out of this seasons shirt though!

I certainly saw a few old ones.

Saw near enough every kit we had in the 90s, a few from the 80s and a couple from the 60s/70s.

Had my old "Karoo" shirt on yesterday from about 10 years ago - it still fits :D

If I can lose 5-6 pounds from my training for the Hull 10k, I should get into my 'Bonus' Green & white checkered West Germany away style shirt for the final.

I got my dad one of those for Christmas, good shirt <ok>

I also suggested the lads at PFTS make a 'Don't Sell McShane' one (they've made a similar 'SAS' design for Liverpool) and they said they'd look into it. I know you'd buy one!

One thing I wouldn't mind Mr. Allam doing is instructing Adidas, or whoever is our manufacturer next season, to bring back the tiger stripes.

Beats the lazy templates they're using increasingly, they even recycle the ones from the year before now (i.e. Fulham's red away kit this year being the same as our home shirt template from last season). As someone who does a bit of kit design as a hobby it does my nut in that someone is paid to be so lazy.

To be fair, there isn't much you can do with black and amber and stripes.

I think Umbro are our kit makers next season (which imo is great), so expect a retro type design.

Yep, I noticed this though think the oldest I saw was a circa-2000 IBC sponsored shirt.

Me, I alternated between this season's official top and the playfortheshirt 'We are Hull City' unoffical one.

    Someone else did wear it!

I didn't see anyone else wearing one, I felt left out a bit.

I had it on underneath this season's top for some of the time, but then varied the look as I saw fit for different times of the day.

Now I did very briefly see just one other geezer with this top on - could it have been you Macca? On the concourse before the match - entrance F, (I was in Block 111).

The Southern Supporters all decided to make it a retro shirt day and one turned up in an original 'Fish Out' t-shirt. <laugh>
