Are you REALLY trying to compare BeeMacDee's tenure and environment with that of Rodgers?

    REALLY?!?!?!?

WJ There are LOTS of members on here who feel the manager has been FULLY BACKED and that he has spent POOR and that he has made BAD decisions.

What other manager has been given the same amount to spend and the reason I say not forced to sell (which seems to grips you) is because Josh seems to feel Warnock spent more and you simply cannot compare swapping Morrison for Becchio and saying Warnock spent £2m, that's the only reason I labour that point.

I see where you are coming from I really do in regards to what McD inherited but that does not explain why they are still better than the players McD signed. If they are not better why does/did he continue to pick them so many times over his own signings? Answer that on a postcard if you can <ok>

Can you read or do you just like jumping on something I have said? It was BS who brought up Rogers, I simply stated McD has been in his position more than a few months.

Seriously, the amount of patience and loyalty some members give McD beggars belief and the one thing they all have in common is they get nasty or keyboard warrior happy whenever anyone cares to disagree. There are more supporters who I speak to and see on here who have had enough of McD - I don't get nasty and uppity with his supporters who believe he should be given more time, get a grip people when someone dares to have a different opinion.

Cellino did pay 3.5 million Euro's for a young player who is now a full Italian International and still at the club.

I think the main reason some supporters still show him patience and loyalty is simply because they're sick of changing the manager every single year, which I sympathise with completely. It's not a strategy that's conducive for success. I'm not defending Brian, but it must be an almost impossible job to do in a season, getting this lot up. I don't think the majority of his signings have been good enough, and his tactics aren't much better either, but until we get rid of this short-term view at the club I can't see us ever getting promoted.

I totally agree if the signs are there that we might have the right man. If we had played decent football and not been thrashed so many times and if the signings had stopped at Murphy, Wootton and Smith I would have said okay still unsure, I really wasn't expecting promotion, just a better all round performance and at least looking like a team that was better than last season <ok>

I think Cellino is confused by the terms coach v manager in relation to UK football. His definition of a coach is the one I come with when I think of manager - the guy that coaches the team, selects the players, advises on which players he may want to buy and the big boss determines if he can afford them, either or both of fee and wages.

Never really agreed with giving the manager a budget that he could spend as he wished, including wages, as the guy bankrolling the club loses long term control.

Where Cellino may be different is in not giving the "coach" any say in the players he has at his disposal. Not 100% sure about whether that is what he means though. But I do see that McD is a coach and as such would have zero problem in working alongside Cellino

Thats the way I see it aswell, cellino does the budget, finances etc.
MCD,trains the players at TA and sets up the team on a matchday.
Takes the finacial headaches off the 'coach' he just does the football part.

And if he doesn't? We're left with over £20 million in debts, no physical assets, operating loses that require external subsidisation ect. Don't get me wrong I'm not particularly anti-MC but he wouldn't be the first businessman to promise the world and walk away (see Portsmouth). And in our current situation without a sugar daddy we'd be completely ****ed....administration ****ed.

Kiss the ground MC walks along all you want...it's still an incredibly fragile situation to be reliant on the cash of one foreign businessman with no previous links to Leeds and a history of unpredictable behaviour or face a fate similar to Rangers. That is a fact. When MC buys back our assets and turns us into a sustainable commercial entity not reliant on external cash sources to subsidise us that is the point i'll join with the rest of you Massimino groupies. However remember we was all overjoyed when GFH bought the club and excited at their promises of buying back our assets. So far he's bought the club and blown a lot of hot air...let's just hope we're all still loved up with him by January for the clubs sakes.

I ain't kissing the ground anyone walks on, and said be careful what you wish for when bates was ousted.
So instead of attacking me how about answering my question. Have you an interest in someone (Farnan?) getting a stake in the club. I am only asking because you seem to be pushing a very narrow agenda.
