Such a huge advantage to be long off the tee these days, risk and reward, hit it 300+ yards with fairly minimal penalty for straying off the fairway. That "rough" yesterday was shorter than most lawns. I think its a bit of shame, i love a good links game, watching the pros hacking out of thick knee height rough is far more satisfying to my eye

Cheers fellas. What a bet that was. Kept me glued to the sofa all weekend. He had a couple of moments of misfortune particularly at the 11th on day three but nothing seemed to faze him, typical unflappable Swede. Lets hope he gets his backside on the Euro tour and qualifies for the Ryder Cup.
As a senior golfer wouldn't you really like five minutes with Spieth. I would tell him to cut that "club dropping" **** out right away. Every time you show that negativity on the course its a bonus to those you are playing against! What a gentleman he was playing with though. I am warming to Bubba, a very decent individual and I love the fact that he plays the game his way. When it goes wrong though, where does he go to fix it!

If you had seen him at the MatchPlay earlier this year, then his antics at the Masters was fantastic lol

Clearly at such a young age he will of adopted some bad habits but you're right; he needs a mentor, someone on the PGA Tour perhaps. Some one like my fav player Geoff Ogilvy! Never see any bad craic from him.

Any one for Geoff at the HBC this week? 150/1? Yehaaaa
