From what I've seen the suggestion was spy cameras, which would explain the boardroom, but not the toilets. I've only had chance to read the article I posted above though, and seen the odd thing on twitter
Ffs , major trust issues there and I hope it get's dealt with and sorted appropriately and like OP said you couldn't make this s**t up!
There'll be lots of footage of brian in their trying to polish his turds. Poor man, every saturday he sends them out and they're still turds.
Police called in so Cellino can ensure a dishonesty conviction against GFH and remove them from the club courtesy of the FL. Now that would be a turn up
That was never ever Derry, a certain wee prick from London was the man for that, and he knew it, he just didn't want to take the fault.
Whoever requested the camera's be put in, obviously had personal concerns about what the management and players were saying about the club, hence GFH and it's employee's must be considered prime suspects. I would imagine they will come up with something to try and clear themselves, however I would have thought any business that carried this out, would have had the sense to remove them before the new owners moved in, so perhaps Haigh is the main suspect. I have nothing against Haigh, he did what he thought was the best for the club and no doubt for himself at the time action was required, so if is he responsible, let us leave it at that and move on.
1) The cameras were in the board room not managers office, they were not there to spy on McDermott 2) I wonder what made Cellino carry out a security sweep, these were obviously high tech spy ones? 3) Rumours building that Bates had them installed and GFH were not aware, would make sense as he was in Monaco most of the time then decided to leave them in place when he had left maybe? 4) How did Bates know so much of what was still going on at the club if it wasn't him??
