Has anyone heard how many tickets we've sold for Saturday? Given it's the last local away game of the season i'm hoping we will fill the 1000 allocation, always enjoy Orient away and can't wait for this one. For some bizarre reason I feel we may get something from the game.
When i looked on twitter earlier in the week, people were saying we were sold out! Although not looked since or whether it was just the current online number that had just been exhausted.
A few days ago Kent police football tweeted that we'd sold 900 tickets out of the 1000 allocation, although I'd have thought them final 100 would have gone since. The fact that the game has been made all ticket will probably see a lower away attendance.
I shouldn't worry too much about their (away) attendance. Orient's average crowd for this season is 5377 ( ours is 6028 ). We've been given 'only' 1000 - because that is as much as Orient can get in the away section for policing purposes.
I think tomorrow's match is going to be reserved seating and after my dreadful experience at Molinuex I for one hope that is not the case, When we beat Leyton Orient 1 - 0 in The FA Cup a few season's a go The Stewards told us it was reserved seating but the eventually got so fed up telling people where to sit that Gillingham Fans were told to sit anywhere. If anyone on here is going to the game tomorrow then I hope you don't get put through the awful situation I was put through at Molineux, at least this time I am more prepared for reserved seating as I am sitting with someone I know on The Supporters Coach as we brought our tickets at the same-time.
All the Tickets have gone according to the Ticket site, and no one could buy them on the day anyway which is silly.I think we will bring around 1,250.
Orient fans suggesting they will be resting a few for this game as they look towards the playoffs. We must start well, something we've been very bad at for last few games. Perhaps kicking off at 7mins past will help.
Update 2 minutes ago; KentPolice Football ‏@kentpolicefooty 2m As of last night around 1100 of the 1250 allocated #Gills tickets sold. Remain on sale until 10:30 this morning. All-Ticket on the gate
4-0 down after just 35 mins! What rubbish! We'll get stuffed by Preston and Walsall away. We'll have to rely on beating both Tranmere and Shrewsbury at home to stay in this league. We're not even trying today.
Really looking forward to Taylor's post match interview. See if you can take any positives out of that defeat Peter, seems to out of all of the rest. Seriously we can not be losing games at this stage of the season. I don't care if the opposition are in the play offs, Leyton Orient have been extremely poor recently and we could have had Rotherham. Things are so pathetic right now Im struggling to see how we can stay up at this rate.
If we lose against Tranmere on Friday, then I think we will go down. We won't get anything against Preston or Walsall.
