Today's Matches (Sat 12 Apr)

A few matches featuring the teams around us. WBA 1-0 up after 1 minute. As Is Table now has us in bottom 5 on 33 points. level with Norwich and 5 ahead of Fulham. We could be bottom 4 by end of day.

Any thoughts?

I still think the bottom three are so bad that they wont catch us.

I beginning to think we could actually get relegated. Cardiff and Sunderland could both get a goal and then we'd be really in the mix. We could even finish bottom. WBA 3-1 up against Spurs. We could never do that.

 

I have considered us as relegation material for some time now. Sacking Laudrup looks more insane than ever.

 

For the first time this season I am seriously worried. Baggies thumping Spurs not good for us. Fulham are resurgent but that'll hurt Norwich with their upcoming fixtures. Still think we'll scrape it. Said a while back Norwich Sunderland and Cardiff to get relegated.

 

Still a few matches to go, but the most worrying thing about today is that apart from us, 6 of the bottom 7 are picking up points. If they do that for a few matches, then we're down.

 

As it stands relegation a real possibility, everybody seems to have more fight than us, Cardiff now 1-0.

 

Southampton like us at our frustrating worst, all the play but no urgency or cutting edge. Cardiff have been absolutely dire then get a goal out of nothing. Unbelievable!

Seems Soton are badly missing Rodriguez. He gives them pace and a target man up front and Lallanna seems lost without him. Hope they are as toothless against us.

 

Cardiff 1-0 up.

Bottom 3 will be Sunderland, Swansea, Norwich.

 

As much as last weekend went for us this is going the other.
It shows that other clubs will pick up unexpected points. At least Everton have scored now a few for Spurs Soton and Norwich

Maybe, but other teams seem to really fight to stay up.We just give up. I hope I'm proved wrong tomorrow.

Of course, you are correct. I haven't figured those 15 points into my calculations. So I revise my estimate and think we'll finish 10th. Well done Garry.

 

Spurs just equalised. At least that suits us.

 

Hope it doesn't go to the last game of the season. I'll be watching in Magalluf - can always get bladdered either way.
