my point is that we will never know! you seriously don't get it do you? it could have been better! it could have secured us a lucrative deal. but now we will never know will we? but of course, I'm too stupid because I want this city out of the dark ages.
Considering they never proved the worth of the name change, no wonder everybody, who didn't have their heads up Allam's arse, saw through it.
AGAIN! I ask you why I have to explain my name to you! Why are you named after a pine box that is either buried or burnt? hmm?
Doctor?? if indeed that's what you are. I never heard that interview. I don't listen to BBC RH. I listen to TalkShite
This is nearly as boring as the chants city till I die and we say no Allam on 19 :24 seconds because you half wits in e3 can't tell the time !
Am I stuck in some sort of fuc king timewarp? Why do the same idiots post the same ****e day after day when the answers have been given to them time and time again? Can we not just ban the cu nts?
You could have fooled me! It's like you're always on; always spouting the same old repetitive garbage.
Because the FA were against it all along. There's something wrong at the FA if a group of under 2,000 can tell them what to do . I'll stick with what I said that in my opinion the FA would have said no, no matter what . I don't see that as having a pop at anyone either
You're obsessed with the 2,000, the FA weren't concerned by only the members of CTWD, they received over 10,000 postcards/letters/emails, they were contacted by every football supporters trust in the country, the campaign was endorsed by fan groups from every single league club in England(other than MK Dons) and they received a petition with 16,000 names on it. In addition, every FA Council member got a copy of the CTWD submission and video and the campaign was supported by all the leading sports journalists in the country. You are massively underestimating how much impact this campaign has had.
You stupid cretin. Nobody wants this city in the dark ages. You only need to see how we have all embraced the City of Culture title and the Siemens deal to know that your final statement is bollocks. This 'change' was unnecessary and based purely on the him of a mad old fool who has had a fall out with the council. It was laughable to genuinely believe that it would work. Hull Tigers or Real Madrid and Chelsea? A no brainer really. So you can forgive people for wanting to prohibit the change.
Why make the effort to even respond. He's proved time and again he is totally ******ed and unable to grasp things hence why every thread turns into the same monotonous bollocks everytime.
No. Change can be good or bad. Progress can only be positive. Your fundamental failure to comprehend this basic meaning is typical of the dumb cumguzzlers who would sell their souls for any old crap some embittered maverick sells them.
Olm Don't you think the FA would have said NO to the name change what ever CTWD or AA said. I think they would have NO no matter what. Maybe I am wrong.
City Till I Die is a boring chant ? Feel free to chant whatever you want at any time during the match
You may be right Filey. But given the horrid amount of apathy amongst some City (Hull Tigers?) supporters, and given that despite the massive amount of work and excellent presentation of CTWD a fair proportion of the FA council sided with Allam's bonkers idea, then if CTWD had not collectively put their heads above the parapet I suspect this all would have been nodded through. We'll never know for sure, but I and many others are eternally grateful for the efforts of those who started CTWD.
Aside from the fact that the contract now says they have to provide certain people to do interviews. (There was a big fuss about how SAF was going to have to start giving MOTD interviews again after boycotting the BBC over the allegations they made about his son being a crooked agent) If there was no big public opposition to it, why would they have wanted to?
