Oscar Pistorius is currently giving evidence in his trial for the murder of his girlfriend, Reeva Steencamp. Shortly, he will face cross-examination by the Prosecutor. I would expect Pistorius to be put under some serious pressure. It defies belief that anyone can go to bed, say goodnight to his loved one lying next to him, wake up a short while later to hear someone in the bathroom, and without checking to see if it was the loved one answering a call of nature, or even check whether the loved one was still lying next to him, walk out of the bedroom and pump 4 shots of a powerful gun (with what used to be called dum-dum bullets) through the toilet door.
Makes my blood boil ... have stupid junior designers working with me who think he may be innocent. I hope they burn him... he took a life and i hate lies and this is full of them I am told ... whether it's true or not? He had to pick up the gun He claims it was an intruder who had locked himself/herself in his bathroom and as said without checking if his girlfriend was in the bed He shot 4 times He always looked a nasty bastard in his field of sport ... I haven't got time for the pratt while murder take place in the townships worldwide and there is no justice there Anyone who even follows this **** is as crass as the story itself. Fcuk him I say and any idiot that watches this ****
He may get away with it. After all O J Simpson did. But he got away with it by his defence saying that the police were racist. Not so easy for Oscar.
There's a lot of play acting going on, on Pistorius's part. I don't believe any of the vomiting is genuine. Not repeatedly, people don't behave like that, and he's one hard s.o.b. on the track and in his personal life. He's been spoiled since childhood and knows he can get his own way if he seems to be ill. Nor do I believe all the wailing from him at the end of today's testimony. It's just theatrical. Fortunately the judge, who seems a wily old bird, looked unimpressed. As I say, I'll be interested when he's cross examined - expect plenty of adjournments because poor Oskar's too sick and upset to answer difficult questions
Couldn't resist it, could you? The only reason we have this inflicted on us is because he has no legs. Poor girl picked a wrong 'un.
We all know he will get off - and for all the wrong reasons ..... Feel sorry for her family as justice won't be served here .....
Every time you listen to the news or radio all you hear is his self-pitying wailing. It's all about Oscar not his victim, he's guilty as hell and hopefully the Judge who will decide his guilt won't be conned...
Sorry if I'm being a bit thick here, if he somehow manages to be convicted of manslaughter rather than murder, what sort of sentence should he be getting. I personally can't stand the murdering nutcase and hope he spends a very long time behind bars. From what I have been hearing this man has serious anger management issues and an unhealthy liking of firearms.
He'll get off, even if he doesn't they'll suspend the sentence on "compassionate grounds" or send him to the psych unit like that Dewani. Don't get me started on Dewani, libel and all that. Looking at the court it looks, the Judge apart, like the South Africa of the bad old days.
