#lufc As I said last night keep an open mind as to when we will hear appeal result. The QC is a working judge with other cases too!

@APOPEY if it was a caseload issue, then we should be told that that is the case.

    No response yet

Probably because Popey isn't responsible for decision-making and communications in relation to how the law chooses to work?

Not sure I see a reason why a reason has to be given as to how long the result will take. Wonder where the 6pm tonight claim came from - twitter?

Was just looking for his take on things, obviously I know he isn't responsible for that.

The 6pm was what journalists were told as to when a decision would be announced.

Very frustrating news. I'm told that there'll be no announcement on Cellino's appeal today. Something has changed overnight. #lufc

A decision on Massimo Cellino’s appeal against an attempt by Football League to bar him from buying Leeds United has been delayed, the Yorkshire Evening Post understands.

Cellino, the club and the Football League were prepared for a 6pm announcement today from Tim Kerr, the independent QC judging Cellino’s appeal.

All parties were informed yesterday afternoon that Cellino would receive a verdict from Kerr this evening but sources have told the YEP that the deadline has now been moved back.

None of those involved in the appeal would comment on why the case had been delayed.

So the QC is reserving judgement on his reserving judgement.

Probably remembered it was Friday and wanted to knock off early to beat the traffic,

Morning all ... so the appeal drags on for another game, leaving the dark cloud in place and guaranteeing another defeat ... the FL are doing all they can to stop Cellino, that's the only reason this is not resolved ... I fcuking hate the FL and that cnut Harvey, we should resign from the FL and go play in Scotland ... as for GFH

And now it appears gfh used 800k that the taxman was due, to pay the 50% od the players wages last week. Two weeks to pay from tomorrow until hmrc issue winding up order.
One way or the other it appears we are fast approaching end game thank god. Dont think the fans deserve to be put through this amount of misery

there has been a few occasions this year where he went 3 at the back. the most notorious being wednesday away, it was not working from the first minute. he has to tke responsibility for that sort of thing no matter how hard it has been behind the scene

    Oh my God! No!

Maybe there's a few closet socialist workers, commie reds, UKIP dogs, yellow lib-dem troggs, true blue new labourites, and racist EDL supporters amongst them too? Possibly some Asians, and some Africans, or Arabs, or Orientals?

What will we do? We're doomed, I tell ya, doomed, Cap'n Mainwaring. And don't get me started on religion!!!! Nooooo...
