Following results already unofficially confirmed - fan base split - distraction for fans, owners, club and media at crucial stage of the season - money wasted on irrelevant exercise - club's reputation tarnished worldwide - Allams' reputation as shrewd and wise operators irrevocably sullied - relationship with FA soured to club's detriment - relationship between fanbase and owners weakened - likelihood of owners prevailing with their plans is now diminished - tawdry and infamous episode in club's history confirmed. All in all, a monumental **** up with no winners.
Radio Humberside just said that results will be made on Monday or Tuesday next week. The main focus is now SWANSEA CITY on saturday and nothing else. Thank heavens for that. R.H. also say that only 6500 - 7000 season card holders have voted.
All of which we knew prior to the announcement of the ballot. This is merely another show of the owners' ineptitude. God help us.
We don't need to wait then, it's already a clear yes win. Obviously Allam & co were right about the silent majority.
IF only 7,000 bothered to vote and IF the NO vote hasn't won out of those who bothered to vote I will be very surprised. Imo
Happy Tiger, no doubt. Not because he really cares, but because it would no doubt amuse him to think he'd annoyed some strangers on the web.
Who cares? As I've said before, the club made a rod for their own back through being stupid enough to actually add 'with the Allam family running the club' to the 'yes' option The FA will laugh at them. This is facts, amigo.
It's probably a higher turnout than Hull got for the General Election. Season ticket holders U16 didn't have a vote so we're nowhere near the 18,000 figure for eligible voters.
Only none of those got a vote. Happy May actually have a vote, I think he's a season ticket holder in all honesty, at a discount with the December games taken off his pass. The other 3 aren't pass holders.
Thought there were 14000 eligible to vote? Club says 6000 voted and 400 have to be contacted about their vote (blank ballot papers?).
If there's 14,000 eligible then that means we've only got 4,000 season ticket holders under 16. I'd have expected more of them to be kids really, don't forget if you're thinking of the seats around you at games we've reduced it massively elsewhere in the ground by making the whole of the South a Family Stand.
Putter. Do you prefer the name Hull City, or do you prefer the name Hull Tigers ? I don't believe you prefer Hull Tigers so why did you vote yes ? I am pro Assem Allam BUT I voted NO because I prefer HULL CITY. simple as that ..
We had 8,000 that are over 21 and have had a season ticket for 2 seasons. We're looking now for over 16s that have got a season ticket holder this season. I'm not sure 16-21 year olds, and new season ticket holders that are over 22 would come to 6,000 to give us the 14,000 suggested.
