My thoughts entirely oddy. Head and shoulders above this lot on form. Fair play Boris in the last race, good call.
Wow what an odd race, the new one didn't travel well at all during the race but just about did enough
I had a bet at 2/5 free money it was not, just had to back it, get something back. I dont think he stays 2m4
Redolent of UDS in France last weekend...had the race put to bed but only just held on at the finish. Young Sam didn't really learn from Cheltenham and buried him behind two horses down the back who flicked the hurdles back on him..that could have been a repeat if one of them had of tipped up. Still the horse won...just waiting for the BS from NTD!
Ha! Only I could back a horse involved in a 3 way photo for first and end up unplaced in 3rd! The Jeff effect... Avoid Mossey Joe and Western Warhorse at all costs ladies and gents, carrying the 10lb jeff penalty
Good shout on SC Eddie. Missed the earlier action...I believe Carberry produced another "Hollywood" ride..
The Cheltenham form is holding up nicely ............... Guitar Pete, Silviniaco Conti and now The New One. None of the horses that finished in front of these 3 at Cheltenham were entered at Airntree and the Cheltenham conquered have now become the Aintree heroes.
The New one is another example of the eye being taken by a traveller but the form when weighed does not equal how the commentators and trainer view him. This next race Mossey Joe to win and Pentific to place for me.
Watching some of the footage from the 70's and 80's you can really see how they have destroyed the Grand National.
