that's your opinion but your response to mine was to call me whatever is under those ****. My.comments on Borini were purely on what I saw last night and in.no way reflects what I've thought of him all season, he'd be in my top 3 performers infact. But in my opinion he looked disinterested last night and that's worrying because if we are to stay up we need him motivated and busting a gut. I dont want Poyet out but I do have my doubts about him now after what was in my opinion a bottle job yet again at home to a team we should be going at for the win.
There's always been a danger of the loan signings fizzling out, all the match costing mistakes are coming from our own players, I've been saying to rely on a handful of loan players is suicide. I'd find it very hard if I'd been dying to play my favoured position in a front three, and scored against Citih in a cup final the only time I'd been played that role, only to become overlooked time and time again in favour of three players who aren't good enough to lace his boots, I'd deffo lose heart If i was him. This club is so frustrating as is some of Gus' decisions. We should have given him that role weeks ago, even if we played him there now it could be too late. Gus said he wants him permanently yet hasn't had the balls to play him properly. Shame
Funny thing though, hindsight, having dwelled on it, we actually were very good last night, and could have had 5 or 6. Bad defending by an individual, a deflection, and poor finishing, but if we really think back now, we bossed the game, and as such Gus, did he get it wrong? We've said for weeks the lack of a goalscorer is ****ing us, and a decent striker could have had 2 or 3 last night.
Mr Clocstander,After fifty plus years of following the lads i can assure you comments made about this squad is NO KNEE JERK reaction.
