    wenger will probably offer him a coach/back-up DM if he's considering retiring. if vieira wants to keep his playing career alive, he will go elsewhere

    i think vieira should realise that his playing days are over, he should join arsenals coaching set up and if he did he could teach song how to play like him then when henry finishes in america im sure he'll come to arsenal and help with our poor attackers apart from RVP

    Webber could do with some defensive coaches, viera maybe, but what about Adams and the rest?

    Isn't Adams still manager of that team in Azerbaijan?

    Yes he is and he recently said that he is not sure that he could work with Wenger, as he feels that he would need more of a say in how things are run and knows that Wenger would not entertain that. I think Adams will be back at Arsenal one day, but not in Wenger's time.

    Not every manager is successful at first, some need time to become good. But yeah managing isn't really known much about because we have pretty much no access to what it is like behind the scenes.

    **** players = great managers
