Part of me thinks it will be a tonking as highlighted but the other part of me is used to seeing Man Utd never lying down so thinks it will be close still.
One thing I will say is id rather be playing one of the European big boys, than a top side in England. As I think sides in Europe still respect us. Where as in England we have lost the fear factor. I don't think Bayern will be expecting an easy tie, particularly after what we did to the last German side we played home and away scoring 9 against Bayer Leverkusen
If we can just get past Pep Guardiola, the liability of a makeshift back 4, RVP out injured, Fellaini the filthy pr1ck, Fletcher's woeful passing, Buttner as our LB, and Carrick giving up quicker than a frenchman, then I think we have every chance!
After a flattering win yesterday, there will be many fans who cling to the belief that we can overcome Bayern over two legs. What is really scary is that anything other than a heavy defeat at home will further bolster the misguided support for Moyes!
No rafael means this tie is lost before it starts. Smalling v Robben. Wow. This might end up being illegal once its all over.
Not that it'll make much of a difference but it's Ribery who plays on the left for Bayern, so Smalling will have to deal with him. Robben plays on the right these days
We are 15/2 to win this game. At home. What the **** has happened to us?????????????????????? I'm still having twenty quid on that, **** bookie bastards.
What does he do tonight then? Park the bus and hope for a counter attack or set piece? or Take the game to them, press them high up the pitch and commit bodies forwards?
