Awful football. Bloody hell, 25 mins of aimless back passes and the punt up-field. At least use the league games to experiment with a fluid style of play. You have the likes of Mata, Kagawa, Rooney, Nani, Januzaj at your disposal to develop a style of attacking interplay. Instead it's all about a meaningless result. We are going to get raped by Bayern.

To be fair how many times have we done this. Get humiliated and then win a routine game ( under old standards ) and think maybe this time? got to be 10 times this season already. We will probably get beat easily by bayern.
So we won, but still an indifferent performance with too much negativity and sideays or back passing. Bayern will simply rip us apart. There will simply be too much pressure on our defence for too much of the game for them not to score and with Robben diving for fun these days, I suspect they will tank us by 3 or more.
We probably will. They are a level way above us at present. Still, four one win at home. It wasn't as dire as was made out.
It was a good performance but could easily have been a defeat. For once United were clinical in front of goal while the opponents were not.
There's more to a game than the result I'm afraid. Performance was poor, but enough against an even poorer team. But if there was anything in the way we played that was good then I'm always willing to keep an open mind. I think the period between them scoring and our equaliser, was the only decent passage of play.
