I think it's being done in price band order from what I was told when I spoke to someone there today if that helps.
Absolute ******s.i handed mine in a week last Wednesday and haven't heard anything rang today to tell them they were a bunch of ****wits.the chap on the phone decided it was best to put the phone down rather than admit that the system was flawed
Picked mine up today submitted form 3 weeks ago asked for anywhere in lower tier due to height phobia f***wits put me in block 522 front f**** row got them exchanged for block 117 row 17. Near corner flag 1/3 up well pleased (eventually)
At least you can switch it..... Not to fussed where i am i just want a decent view! Got confirmation today, after submitting mine about 5:30 on the first day, to be fair they have there work cut out. You will always have someone moaning, but I've got my price band and I've got my tickets so i am happy!
Put my forms in by hand as soon as I could. 3 dozen tickets collected, everybody's happy. Job well done by the ticket office from my perspective.
Nope, I've put in an official complaint for that omission. Even a minor issue due to my bank was dealt with well.
Those who applied for £50 tickets should already have theirs - the £40 and £30 ticket applications are currently being processed
We handed our form in Monday applied for £50 seats but only got the e mail today. Applications for cheaper seats are still being processed apparently.
Got my £50 tickets - one for me and one to flog for several hundred quid at 15:45 on the day. That should pay for the First Class Train tickets I've also booked,
