A pity that the newspapers revealed the plan and have caused the stockmarket to react positively, making a takeover far more costly.
Bear in mind that sacking Moyes would also drive Untd's shares up, again increasing takeover costs - so if there is truth in the report, better for the club to wait for the ink to dry before sacking the tow rag.
(I never thought I'd ever suggest keeping Moyes for more than a day.)

Seems some credence to it in the telegraph also.

 

Now now, it's not true until Matth quotes from a super reliable Twitter source that proved to have an accurate prediction in the past.
