Ok, let's all assume that the league will be fought between Chelsea and Man City, with Liverpool having a strong outside chance. Our main focus should now be to capture a Champions League spot and challenge for the FA Cup. I still think that 3rd and 4th is still up for grabs with us, Liverpool (still competing for the title but I'm including them) and Everton, all realistically in for a shout. The following fixtures are still left in the season, and we seem to have a pretty good run in after the Man City and Everton games.

Both Liverpool and Everton have tougher fixtures with Liverpool playing their direct rivals Chelsea and Man City. These two games are on home turf for Liverpool and their current home record has been very good, their last home defeat came in September 2013 v Southampton. Everton only have one game against a direct rival, which is us, but is a home game for them. They are currently on a 4 match unbeaten run and have last lost at home in December 2013 against Sunderland, which they dominated in. They also have two tough games against City and Manure at home.

    Arsenal - P31, GD19, Pts63
7 Games left with 4 home games.

    Home v Man City
    Away v Everton
    Home v West Ham
    Away v Hull
    Home v Newcastle
    Home v West Brom
    Away v Norwich

    Everton - P30, GD16, Pts57
8 Games left with 4 home games.

    Fulham v Everton
    Everton v Arsenal
    Sunderland v Everton
    Everton v Crystal Palace
    Everton v Man Utd
    Southampton v Everton
    Everton v Man City
    Hull v Everton

    Liverpool - P30, GD44, Pts65
8 Games left with 5 home games.

    Liverpool Vs Sunderland
    Liverpool v Tottenham
    West Ham v Liverpool
    Liverpool v Man City
    Norwich v Liverpool
    Liverpool v Chelsea
    Crystal Palace v Liverpool
    Liverpool v Newcastle

At this stage of the league, playing against sides in a relegation battle can be as tough as playing a team fighting for the league. (Swansea proved this yesterday and West Ham vs Chelsea, WB vs Liverpool etc)

No more easy matches now, unless your playing sides like United and Newcastle, who have nothing to play for this season.

I agree, I should have included that too but taking points off your direct rivals can put your team under the most pressure, and you have quite a few of them. We have a massive one against Everton away and if we lose that, it's pretty much 6 points lost. I'm focussing on Arsenal but have one eye on Liverpool and see if they can do it. Your home record has been excellent, especially recently, but Maureen will be a very tough game, probably tougher than the City one for you. His tactical awareness is second to none.

We get 4 points from our next 2 league games and top 4 is pretty much secured.

Was really surprised you dropped points yesterday.

Still think we have the weakest side, and have the second hardest run in (after City).

Spurs game will be a big indicator for us if we're going for a title surge or securing 3rd.

Win tonight and we SHOULD be in the driving seat for 3rd.

Well you have a home game against Spurs and we all know how **** Spurs have been. If you can maintain your good run and beat/draw Man City, then the Chelsea game will be huge. Expect some Maureen humdingers to come your way, whether he's been mates with Brendan or not.

I think most managers have come to that conclusion. Only Wenger has really given him any time this season

Agree, I reckon Wenger should just ignore the whining prick. Everybody else does.
