I understand the concerns about Redfearn but more out of his depth than McDermott? If we get a new owner McD is out, if he stays because we have no new owner GFH will have to sell Ross and maybe Byram. This team will then be relegated, either way McD is finished at this club he has no future. If you want to defend him fine but answer me this. Would you keep the loan players here, Kebe is injured as well. Would you allow soon to be out of contract players to be at the ground possibly giving a negative influence. If not why can fans state the obvious and a manager on thousands a week not? Would you have helped the disruption by allowing an unfit Diouff to walk into the team and vanish again and played players who were transfer listed
16 defeats in 37 games, many drubbings not just defeats. How anyone would want the man in charge of all that to keep his job is beyond me
There is absolutely **** all point in doing anything regarding the manager right now until the ****ing ownership is sorted. It will achieve absolutely **** all for the rest if the season as we ain't going anywhere. Question, if you're salary hasn't gone into your bank account at the end of the week/month, do you feel like working your bollocks off, especially when you ask you boss why you haven't been paid in time and you know somethings not right. And more especially if you know you can't get sacked for performing bad because you're guaranteed your salary for the next 2 and a half years or whatever.
as soon as all this is concluded one way or the other he will be gone. I think he has been thrown a **** hand just like Grayson. It just feels like his time is now up. The fans have given up and the players have given up. who would I replace him with? I am not sure it matters. I think even the don would struggle in this climate
We have to just see the last couple of months through, it's as simple as that. Nobody can change anything now this season, so we may as well wait until June and see who owns us. Employing someone else like Redfearn or whoever will make **** all difference. We need a feel good factor about the place and when nobody is sure when they are next paid means we're miles away from that. Plus there is absolutely nothing to play for now. This season is done.
Is there any proof that the players who are out of contract this summer are a bad influence? Sounds like made up bollocks to me to help someone keep going with their depressive incessant ranting
The manager told the players they need to prove themselves they are playing for their places next season. Well that's 11 that need replacing .................................................................. Some people read what they want to see and obviously avoid the word "possibly" they just prove that they can't help but troll me, how unhappy and sad for them. The state of this club is depressing no doubt about it, there is nothing positive coming out, if you pretend there is you are doing it for argumentative reasons. The reason you want to pretend their is something positive Elmo is because of your early season beliefs and opinions that we are stable, we are moving forward, we are laying foundations for the future you jumped on anyone who believed otherwise. Now those that believed otherwise and had opinions different to yourself have been proved right. You were wrong Elmo and you don't like it and won't accept it and instead of accepting it you try to discredit anyone with an opinion as to what might be going on. Just as you were proved wrong when you cried wolf that it was everyone else yet the ban hammer came down on you nobody else! I might sound depressing to you but I saw nothing positive a long time back, I say it as I see it and today there will be more fans upset and sad by the state of affairs than there will be those taking an ounce of positivity out of it
I was pondering your situation regarding whether you are being unduly harsh on BM. I couldn't help thinking of the old saying; You can't polish a turd. I therefore initially came to the conclusion that a lot of what was happening was beyond his control. On the other hand I realise he created a lot of that turd so he has to shoulder a percentage of the blame. In conclusion. A more apt question/ poll would have been what percentage of the steaming turd that is your first team did BM create. Either by signing turds( Stewart, Kebe etc) or by turning players that were already at Leeds who have turned from decent larkers into turd since he arrived. It's more a question of the turdage factor than anything else that needs addressing. Have a nice day.
Seems a very nice person to me but one who leads from the front, I doubt it and that's the problem hes no leader or leadership skills but we know this before we employed him
Will read your positive thread later got to pop out now, wish someone would take the blinkers away as I really cannot see anything positive
