    For me its either Ronaldo or Thierry Henry.

    Henry. Ronaldo was a huge diver and did random stepovers when there wasn't a player within 20 yards of him. That said, Henry cheated France into the world cup. Both brill players though

    Without a doubt? Really?

    The fact that other names have been put forward suggest there is doubt about Ronaldo being the best PL player ever.

    As a Newcastle fan it would seem an obvious pick of Shearer, however I am going to say either Zola or Bergkamp. Both absolute magicians. However in my lifetime I would say Peter Beardsley was up there as well!

    henry and ronaldo are the top 2.

    but it's henry. over 20 goals and over 20 assists in one season.
    the complete player, unselfish, yet prolific at the same time.

    I'm surprised he's mentioned, only because people always overlook keepers and defenders, but I completely agree about him, he's the most important player to have graced the PL, as without him Utd would never have started their dominance.
