It is well known on these boards that the love of my life is my dog Osca and some rather mischievous people have suggested that our relationship is a sexual one, I admit he can catch my unaware and sniff my balls, sometimes the odd lick.

On a more serious note every morning, around 5, Osca and I go for our morning walk and he talks to me, honest, he does.

His mum was a jack russell his dad was a fast runner, dirty bastard. He came to me after being badly abused and dumped, got him from stray aid and I'm afraid I'm very sorft with him, want the rest of his life to be free of pain and abuse. He now abuses my good intentions and takes me for all he can.

Yes it took me a while to gain Oscas trust, he was ver wary and like yours would cower when I got near him. H ehad a fear of feet so I think he has had his share of kicks and hates going in the carn think he was dumped. I get such a kick now knowing I can do what I like with him because he trusts me 100%, knows I will never hurt him and knows he is safe. I just cant understand why anyone would get an animal, its not comulsory, then abuse them.

Well, seems like Osca landed on his feet at last.

We are dog lovers in our house. Small house, small dogs. Three Min Pins. Two are stag red, the other is the conventional black and tan colour.
One was semi paralysed from 12 months old when he was coursed by a lurcher on Newmarket gallops. Stupid woman owner is a vet, FFS. She should have kept him muzzled.

The other two are girls. One has diabetes and needs two insulin shots a day and a strict diet that costs £2 a day. The second lady has canine meningitis and has to have chemo every 8 weeks. Thank God for pet insurance and the luck that means the Animal Health Trust is only 3 miles from us.
It's a drain on the old finances despite the insurance but we would not have it any other way.
My missus suffers from chronic fatigue syndrome and had to quit work two years ago.

Don't know why I am saying all this. May as well add that I drank the entire bottle of Bells last night. FFS Danny, grow up wouldya!

    See above Comm. <laugh>
I am reasonably certain that it is almost 5 o'clock on Sunday afternoon and I have to go to work tomorrow.

right, bugger this. as this thread has got off topic to an extant anyway, let;s deviate. best or most wanted dog. i grew up with labs but now i'll never have anything other than a mastiff. most chilled creatures to grace the earth (hmm maybe a bit extreme haha). over to anyone else.

I loved clancy, my Springer but must admit I have a soft spot for the old mongrel, maybe I see me in them.
