A few fancies but nothing that I would really go overboard on, minimal stakes!

I have had my eye on JOLLY BOYS OUTING 18-1 Towcester 3:30 and he has slipped to a pretty handy mark. He is a standing dish round here so knows his way around. Recent ground conditions have not been in his favour and the more it dries up the better really. Should be ok on good to soft and can run a big race off his new mark!

There are some nice looking types in the bumper with some stamina laden pedigrees on show. The one that I am interested in is DAWSON CITY 5:00 Towcester tissue 12-1 who showed up well in what I think was a pretty nice bumper on debut. This track is definitely going to suit Polly Gundrys gelding and I expect it to go pretty close.

Over at Taunton the one that that catches my eye is SPANISH OPTIMIST 10-1 3:50. I just think he is better than he has shown so far this season and the booking of the in form Dickie Johnson really catches the eye!

The horse I was going to buy looks interesting tomorrow. Tresor De La Vie runs in a handicap chase off 94, he won a point and jumps his fences really well apparently. I wouldn't be backing him, but at 11/2 he does seem to have his best chance tomorrow. Also he is a grey, so you will be able to spot him!

Did I hear right that the commentator at the Curragh called the winner of the first juvenile race the wrong name throughout the race?

    16:20 Taunton - August Hill

(Should be suited by this fast track and, hopefully, the decent ground conditions. Distance probably ideal for her. Jockey Richard Johnson in terrific form at the moment. One negative is she'll have to settle a bit better than she has done previously. 7/1 generally available at the moment).

Did anyone see the interview with Dean Ivory? Lancelot Du Lac (ITY) seems one to follow in sprints on the AW at Lingfield or Kempton

AOB talking about Australia. "Hopefully I won't make the same mistake as I did with Camelot and race him on soft ground". What a f**king tosser. Just how many blatantly obvious mistakes has this bloke made, and admitted to?

Well let's hope he doesn't make the mistake of running this one on soft ground. <steam>

Every now and again we get one of these articles from the media. Paraphrasing and taking words out of context to suit there arguments. It's ironic that the author puts
when they wouldn't dare to publish or put their name anywhere near an article about the thousands of animals that suffer when they have their throats cut and they bleed to death for a horrific amount of time in the name of 'halal'. How's that for having it both ways?
