    It's hard to take any notice of what he's saying when you realise how many times he says "y'know", isn't it?

    Impossible <laugh>, it can't be unheard and I'll probably struggle to hear anything else he ever says. I also now have his accent ringing around in my head from how intently I was listening to the y'knows.

    I agree 100%, but I would even go a little bit farther than that

    I don't think people realize just how good Joey is as a footballer. He's the complete package. His skills as a midfielders aside, it's his temperament which makes him second to none in the premier league. He's got such drive, and controlled aggression that he'll never allow himself to be intimidated by any team, player, or situation. He's the classic definition of the footballers that make England world famous, and if England had a team of 11 Joey Bartons', we would be unbeaten.

    Ontop of all this, since maturing in the championship with Newcastle hes been allowed to demonstrate his skills as a leader, which are also superb. He's the kind of guy you want in the trenches with you
