Given the league will now be won very soon, and once done there is **** all else left to play for....should we send some of the senior players (certainly those we know will be staying) off on their summer holidays straight away? Let them have a long break now so that they can come back into training much sooner than they usually would and thus be more prepared come CL qualifiers time?

Would allow us to play some of the fringe players/youth players too and see what they have to offer?

Or will Lennon stick to pretty much the same 11 and send the players off at the normal summer time?

There is no guarantee they will be more prepared - but cant hurt to have the senior pros (at least those not playing at the world cup) back training a week or 2 sooner than normal?

Clangers is a few Thain's rowies away from being a crane job out his house. Couple that with whatever that brain disorder he had was it'll no be long til you've got a fat guy in a wheelchair in goal.

I doubt it'll make one **** of a difference either way.

Thats a great idea, give them an early summer. Do the qualifiers still kick off early what with the world cup this summer?

I don't think you instill a hunger to win by sending players away as games "aren't important".

Sling out the disinterested, hope for a Wanyama or Virgil to come in and maybe an experienced head with something to prove and who will play every game he can

And I'm going to say it...we need a core of Celtic minded players

I blame TAQA for putting free Mackie's ice cream in the galley when I was full-time offshore. 2 cones a day. <Bloater>

Get the top players away early ... maybe not now but defo 2 to 3 weeks early.

They can rest the PLAYERS ON A ROTATION THE NOW, FRINGE PLAYERS LIKE BALDE, PUKKI AND NEXT GEN SQUAD need game time (**** caps lock)!
