Update from the club: all applications from Saturday and Sunday have now been processed and email confirmations sent and they today started processing those from Monday and Tuesday.
Just about to send mine off, not looked through the whole thread. Could anyone tell me if you need to fill in the Authorisation Signature on the online application and if so, how do you put it in?
It needs to be signed by the cardholder paying for the tickets, and I did mine on my iPad so just did it as if it was pen & paper. Guess you could draw your signature in paint and paste it on. I assume you don't have a printer, thats why you're filling it out electronically? If you've a printer just fill it out normal pen & paper then take a photo of it on your phone and attach the photo.
Only when all applications are in will they start allocating seats. This is early to mid next week. Seems most folk are going for the £50 option. Heard of a 130-strong group today applying for tix together. Believe it. We're Hull City and we're massive.
You'll find out when they start taking payments, but I was told it had to be signed by the cardholder for them to be able to authorise the payment. The confirmation we've already received is only confirmation to say they've received the application and not confirmation that the application is all ok and been successful, by the way.
One of my mates asked the club and they said it should be fine, and that they would get in contact if there was a serious issue.
We will start to be massive when we can sell more than 16,000 tickets for a quarter final in the cup. Or get as many applications for away tickets to places like Newcastle or Sunderland as they had for games at our place. I hope the 130 are the sort you will know and not a block of people who will all be sat down spectating.
I did mine through the Adobe reader I downloaded the ap on my iPad it has a pencil in the corner - can't quite remember how or where I found it but it's there. Click on that and then on the signature box and another box comes up fir you to sign in with your finger and it then appears in the signature box - very clever it was I had never done it before. Hope this helps.
I don't know but I hope I'm not sat near them, it will be a right pain in the arse standing up to let 130 people out on 85 minutes.
I think this time it has been much better organised with long standing passholders getting two tix whereas Prem turds just get one. Last time was a free for all hence the presence of the foam hander brigade at Wembley.
Just so everyone knows, East Coast Trains are running extra services for our FA Cup Semi Final. http://eastcoast.presscentre.com/Ne...FOR-HULL-CITY-S-BIG-MATCH-AT-WEMBLEY-43d.aspx
Ive just found out Ive got a corporate ticket with "full hospitality", anyone know what that actually means? OLM - you seem to know about Club Wembley?
According to a new news article on the website (don't have a link on my phone, sorry) we were supposed to put which blocks we would like to be in for colours in more than one area (ie blue being upper tier and behind goal). I did this anyways on the email message by the off chance, did anybody else?
Train with covert intoxicants for me while I peruse the nation's elite football writers as they espouse their views on our momentous match in the quality sundays. I hope not to see a single Blade until I alight at the Kings X terminus.
£60 return is bang on for train...wondered if it was worth the gamble and not rush and get the £91.25 return, hopefully theyll do the same for the final as well :]
