    Usually I get an instant response from the ticket office when I send in ticket applications confirming receipt, haven't had this... can anyone confirm they have had one or not?

    Got my confirmation this morning but it will not be for a few weeks when we get another confirmation saying which seats we have been allocated and what price bracket we have been charged.

    I rang for a couple of tickets for the stoke game and asked if they sent a confirmation email for the wembley application and
    he said yes in a couple of days

    I got one today telling me what block I was in and they said they'd thrown several applications in the bin as they were sick of being pestered by follow up emails from those people.
