Fair enough. An injury ruined his chance. People were completely wrong about him though. 7/2? Ridiculous price based on all known form. He was 7/2 based on being a morning glory.

Star Neuville here for me e/w. Based on preview strong vibes. I wouldn't really know anything about this type of racing though so couldn't be confident.

Previous form so reliable in that race. Given the distance of the race, how often does that happen?

Wouldn't know where to start looking with the last 2 races. Best left alone I think and spend the time looking at tomorrow's card.

That wasn't even BK's main target <yikes> - there's a race in France he's laid out for apparently.

Surely if he settles Goodwood Mirage will run well the drying ground will suit him too

    Haha yes...

The year Balthazar King won the first time I was on A New Story at 28/1 who had won it a few years before. Went down by a head to BK.

It's such a strange race but it's an easy way to find a bet and despite A New Story being beaten it's been profitable for me to just ignore all form not from Cheltenham.

    ****ting a brick now

    Had a £10 E/W trixie on Whisper (20/1) , Balthazaar (6/1) and Azza (22/1)

    Should I lay Azza now it's 14s?

Well I've had two token bets on the last two: Orgiglo Bay and of course my banker of the week, the Champion Bumper tricast...

But I think to be honest I might go and enjoy the sunshine instead because I've got no idea really and it's been a great day anyway. Hope those of you at Cheltenham have had an enjoyable day (I'm sure you have).

The bets already in massive profit £1,470 just for the £10 double.

Trying to work out how much I've got going onto Azza, but that's making me even more nervous!!

    Steve

You've not put up any bets in that paragraph.

You favour Red Sherlock - nowhere
    Smad Place 2nd
You have three in the QMCC
Dell Arca placed if you bet 5 places. Dunguib nowhere.

Well done on Balthazar King though. He won.
