Personally I haven't even got time to look at this forum, never mind post anything. You didn't see me, right?
Partially too busy, partially the constant 'lets make every thread about ML v Monk debate' regardless of topic has been off putting.
but this thread is about tumbleweeds...... ...and personally I'd put Laudrup before Monk every day of the week alphabetically speaking.
The Laudrup/Monk debate(?) has split the Forum, and that's to be expected. Many are tired of the constant bickering that has gripped it for some time. I found the " let's move on" brigade, the Laudrup camp, rather destructive, and dictatorial. They also wanted to "move on because Laudrup was history". They didn't want anything to be discussed that may threaten their anti Laudrup stance. The reality is that MOST of what passes for debate/discussion here is of a historical nature, but Laudrup was to be forgotten asap. Seems that the house rules were being amended/made up,to suit the Monk camp. Little wonder then that tumbleweed has taken a grip on here.
Oh no I've started to take this one off topic too! (but still pertinent I suppose given that the bickering is the reason for the tumbleweed)
Completely disagree here. As we all know, swanselona and I have been on the opposite camp during the debates. Maybe the debates have just petered out naturally and now we can get ready to discuss the upcoming games and possible new manager next season.
Can we all please stick to tumbleweed talk !! There are other threads for other bullshit. This one is for tumbleweed bullshit
It's been quiet because we didn't have a game last weekend...it's always the same. The word association thread has been red hot...
What's your favourite? I quite like the big ones. Although the smaller ones tumble faster. Hmm, it's a tossup...
The big ones are cool but seem to have a lower density than the small ones - which coincidentally have a higher density than the big ones.
Yeah, it's fascinating stuff alright. There's always something new and interesting to learn about them. I'm getting the wife a Tumbleweed gift set for her birthday, her little face will just light up, bless 'er.
