If all are fit, Yes.....Sakho, Dagger & Skerts are quality players...We also have Ilori & Wisdom progressing. You can't blame the CB's for everything...if they're left totally exposed, they'll concede and we've not had the balance right for a lot of this season. Just my opinion of course!
I'm not convinced Agger or Skrtel are good enough but I think that depends what the target is. They are good enough for top four but not sure they are of title credential.
They were the meanest pairing in the league a while back...I don't think they've totally lost that, they're just playing in a different system that still isn't balanced imo. Will help having quality FB's and fewer errors in the middle of the park
United won the title by using a nackered Rio, injured Vidic, average Evans, over rated Smalling and abysmal Jones. Wouldn't exactly say Skrtel or Agger are worse than those.
It wasn't only their defence that was ordinary either the whole team was apart from Robin the rapist.
Can't see us signing yet another centre back after the money spent on Sakho, Ilori (and even coates) in recent windows unless one of skrtel and agger leave. Depends how big of a deal you see the LCB / RCB conundrum, as individually i think Agger and Sakho are our best cb's. Kolo can leave now, no point as Wisdom / Ilori can't be any worse! Full backs / a winger are priority for me. CM can wait for a bit, as i think Allen has a bigger part to play next season.
I think we'll be a bit light in the centre. Gerrard will be another year older and Lucas and Allen are a tad injury prone.....and who replaces Coutinho? Suso perhaps? Agree that FB and winger are important though
