Personally, I want a manager that inspires passion into the fans as well as the players, Roy doesn't do that. It's not his fault, it's just how he is. He should never have been appointed. At the end of the day, I wouldn't have a problem if the players had worked their socks off for the full 90 minutes, but it's just not been the case. Neither the effort or intensity have been there in past tournaments and fundamentally, that's why we have no success. Not a fan of the excuse that the Premier League is 'too tiring', they WC doesn't start until a early June and these are young athletes, not middle aged men...
