Be a mistake getting rid of Collo, we finally have a settled defence and can just about cope with losing Enrique. But Collo as well would totally screw it up.

Same as we need to keep Barton to keep that bit of british bite in there.

Unfortunately a lot of these 'press whispers' seem to pan out as being true. Jagielka or Cahill would be great replacements but I doubt we'd get either as both would cost around £15m I think.

This really is the changing of the guard. Jose will go, Colo is being linked with moves, therefore Jonas will be looking to move on. Add Nolan & Smith (as good as gone) and the likelihood of Barton going then the team will be almost unrecognisable.

Can't wait for Gomez, Barnetta, N'Zogbia and a few defenders to come in

 

Well the papers have to find something to hurt Newcastle supporters...wouldn't want too much good news with all of these announced signings upstaging the larger clubs clambering over expensive south american players

 

really hope colo stays , hes a rock and loves the club , puts 100% in and is quality ;(
