Martino will be sacked, But Laudrup will not be appointed: he has been a part of the real madrid setup while "unemployed" in spain. He's in line for that position atsome point. Not now: Ancelotti is doing a great job...

 

Because of the circumstances in which he's lost his previous managerial positions I wouldn't bet on it
