What an exciting competition. We have 3 different leaders: Points + Level Stakes. Mick has now slipped into the lead ahead of Cyc but by no means a 2 horse race. Level Stakes. Islanderpei has now moved into the lead ahead of Simplythe blues with Mick close up 3rd Points Only. Cyclonic is still leading the way.
Nobody is safe in this competition. In both the Points + Level Stakes and the Points tables, Steve has now swept into the lead at the end of the penultimate day, just ahead of Mick with Cyc and Saxon close up. Well Ron, we might be few in numbers in this comp, but it has to be admitted that it's been red hot all the way. After making all the running, Saxon has dropped to fourth, but is only a win off the lead in the combined points and stakes comp. This comp is wide open. In the stakes comp, Islander and Bluey are engaged in a massive tussle at the top of the table. Bluey started late, but Islander had a shocking day where he scored next to no points, so it will be really interesting to see which of the two can make the best of a torrid day of racing, where winners will be hard to find. The points comp just about mirrors the points and stakes comp. So I suppose whoever gets home here, will take out the double. All the best to the contestants. Here goes nothing. 14:30.
