The Stoke game was poor performance all round, so yes he was, poor against Arsenal too. Hull, poor(he was limited in that game fair do) and he was poor against Kidderminster. Yes he was class against the mags. So one decent game in five.

If you think Jozy is the answer to our lack of goals you must be thick, he couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo, his record speaks for itself, as for these assists he is credited with watch the re-plays. It was Borini who was given the central strikers role in a new system, Jozy does not fit in with a mobile counter attacking style he is too slow. Don't need to. Altidore got one goal and one assist. Wickham got two goals. Fletcher has hardly played because of injury and Scocco only joined us in January after we'd already qualified for the final.
Two goals in 32 games is an abysmal return for a player who cost £6m, is over 6' tall and built the way he is.
As an earlier post says, the system Gus was playing suited Scocco more if Borini needed to come off and even an unfit Fletcher has a better touch and control than Altidore.
Don't get me wrong, I want Altidore to do well like I do every Sunderland player but stats don't lie and I'm sure, unlike you, he won't argue that he didn't deserve a place in the squad for the final.
I hope it gives him the motivation he needs.
