I have just been watching and listening to the ' Special One' (Mourinho) on the sports news, what an entertaining, intelligent and interesting guy to listen to, I enjoyed and learnt from what he had to say, it started me thinking about the boring and thick people we've had working for us.

SOD - Just a plain, boring and irratating individual.

    Millen - Vague and lost.

    Cotterill - Waffle and slick.

Johnson - Cocky, self interested and full of bluster.

Delboy - I liked the bloke.

    Coppell - Liar and anonymous.

    Pulis - Conman and clever.

    Ward - Honest individual.

    Jordan - Straight.

Cooper - Trustworthy and Yorkshire honest,

And one of the Blue Heathens...

....Holloway - Gob happy clown, full of bull****.

There are others - Lea, Allardyce, Pardew, Wenger to name a few..

These are just my opinions on TV and Radio interviews ,who are the ones who grate under your skin.?

Wenger and SAF always ALWAYS have to blame something or someone rather than just say "we were off our game today" or "they were the better team"....

I would say the Saints manager, but have no idea what he goes on about!

As a coach I found O'driscoll fascinating as he had a clear vision of what he was attempting and acted as its narrator. Narrate and achieve are two different things.

Jurgen Klopp is a coach I really enjoy listening too, or reading about. He paints a picture of how the Dortmund team functions, how the club achieves its aims, and how that will occur long term. Its all past the win right now, win at all costs or I'm gone in one transfer window.

Every manager spouts the same old cliché **** in every interview. You can take 20 winning managers and they will basically all say the same thing, you can take 20 loosing managers and again they will all say the same thing. It's just how they appear in front of the camera which is different. Fans want a interesting and confident manager to listen to, not someone who can't look at the camera and appears nervous. I like Cotterill. When listening to him you get a sense of trust and a "we're in it together" vibe. Under SOD it was just miserable, pathetic crap. Was so boring to listen to and after a while you just tuned out... Johnson again is another manager I like listening to because he's like Cotterill, straight talking and confident.

Cotterill may rival Pullis in the irritating stakes. Its a stream of **** excuses after being humilated. Rotation, tired they cant put two halves of effort together. Play it faster now its be patient. Nice touch with Mark "Divvy" Saunders saturday but till he starts winning he is a loser, a coach of his losers. When a team gets handed its arse like it did v Wolves, Brentford, Sheffield you apologise to fans for wasting their money and time.

There in the time of Dicks, but a kid. Liked Cooper and Jordan. This is how they will play, its 4-4-2 , attack at home, a winger or two, players to pass players to shut down, do abc better than them and you will win.
