How much has United been losing and yet remained stable and able to spend big? Managable debt I think it is?
Not sure. In work so couldnt open the link. Still, better that its mentioned in here, for those who cant open the link. No half tales on not606
Just reading that Guardian report though, after the alarmist headline comes this: "The rules do, however, include exemptions Premier League clubs expect to rely on in order to pass, including expenditure on youth development, stadium and other infrastructure, which Uefa encourages, and an allowance for players' contracts entered into before the rules came into force in 2010." And then goes on to itemise that a proportion of the loans dates back to er, well just that - a stadium development loan. Also, am I reading this wrong or does it say that a rise in revenue from £169m to £206m is 'modest'? A @25% increase in revenue is 'modest'? This is from a newspaper that's up to its arse in debt.
Our wages to revenue are now at a very respectable 60%. It was at around 75-80% when only a couple of years ago. Our wage bill is now the smallest in the top 4.
don't worry about it UiR don't develop some vain hope cos your debts are as bad mos tof the time. you won't crawl in the back passage of CL quali via ffp... such a pathetic hope you and tobes share just accept you are headed for no europe at all next year and the guys bigging up Kroos right now will be weeping come august.
The last accounts showed a loss of £40.5m but that was for a 10 month period only [because the club aligned their accounting period with the season], which means the total loss for the year was higher which in turn means the latest loss of £49.8m is about the same and not significantly bigger. All in all it does look like we're moving in the right direction with debt down and revenue up.
I thought the big story was the 8 new players Moysey lad is signing. Surely I have not been misled by a matth thread of nonsense!
Didn't Bacon face say in his book that we were 8 players from winning the league and now you need 8 players to get back into Europa league contention, that's ironic.
The old dog also omitted us from his top 6 placing this season, by the way whats yoonited's league placing?
Even more irony. The mancs might have to put a gagging order on bacon face if he keeps embarrassing them in public.
Nah Rub its better if they give him continued freedom to put his foot in his gob. He was at the Oscars pretending to be an expert in cinematic matters but the old twat only watches Sky Movies.
Nothing on the Uefa, FA or the Premier League websites about us failing the FFP rules, the way the Chav's and Tobes have cum in their Keck's about our 50m debt is ****ing hilarious.
I thought they'd put a 3 year period on it with something like no more than £110m ? total loss over that period. Would that mean we still have another year to stay within those guidelines? I've tried to have a read up on the rules but it's gobblydegook - to me anyway
