12 game touchline ban. That's 10 games for the rest of this season and another 2 at the start of next season so he has the whole summer to stew over his actions.

Why are people so passionate about him getting a massive ban. I don't really care myself. I can see why people say he's a **** but I just don't find him offensive at all. If it was Allardyce or someone I'd be more bothered. Also I'd be more bothered if it was an act of cheating or deceit. Nutting people really doesn't bother me when it's that soft. It was more funny than anything. The ref dealt with it. If the FA want to add to that then fine and for the good of the game I can totally understand why they'd want to come down hard on him. But it really doesn't bother me much either way.
He has lots of previous end of. He should be made also to attend anger management sessions(preferably when Newcastle are playing) for the rest of the season. imo.
I mean here we have coaches that do crazy **** all the time and never get any trouble. Pretty sure Tortorella didnt even get anything for trying to fight his way into the other teams locker room this season to beat up their coach. If they go crazy in baseball on an ump they will get tossed out but thats about it. I once tried to hit one with my catchers mask in a game and just got tossed with no suspension. Coaches have to get pretty physical or spit on them to get any kind of suspension. In general I dont think you want your sports resembling ours so a harsh suspension is a must or you will further descend into our madness.
Does shooting an opposition coach or player result in a suspension over there? Or do you just have your gun confiscated for a few days?
haha Each state has its own laws. There are federal laws as well that go across state boarders but things like gun laws and self defence laws are controlled by the states.
Season ban for head butt that draws blood. 10 match ban for a regular head butt. 6 match ban for a glancing header. Prison sentence for putting player in hospital! Fighting with handbags....a round of applause!!!!!
