Enjoy ur forum guys. Feel free to call in on the massive Leeds board In a week or so. We have a cracking match thread and always have a bit of banter.

Great integrity, but there is a footballing argument for getting rid. His signings are hopeless, his substitutions poor and his tactics unfathomable.

Being a Nice guy ain't enough. It feels like the job is too big for him.

There were quite a few of us who said as much when he went to Leeds. It just seemed a bit of an odd fit. Like the others have said, he's a really nice guy, and genuine, but Leeds are a sleeping giant and BM is used to the, comparative, genteel life at Reading. We all want success and he had a decent innings with us, but the expectations and pressures are nothing like he must be experiencing at Leeds.

He shouldn't have been, that performance, his formation and his tactics were the most inexplicable I have ever seen. If the club had sacked him but done it in the proper manner I don't think there would be many complaining.

Shame because as everyone says he is a really decent fella.

One thing Leeds and Reading got in common,is ownership, our Russian has jumped ship leaving SJM in the lurch now desperately trying to sell the club and you look like having a right dodgy character in charge.
