Hi Everyone, I urge you please to Share and Like this post, to get it as much coverage to your Leicester City fan friends!! As we know, The KP stadium has become some what quiet over the past few seasons, And away support have been able to come to us and dominate the atmosphere. This had to change! A group of 6 of us have been working really hard to organize a new singing section. Over in SK1 - Next to the kop, We have spoken to the club about this and let them know and they have so far given us absolutely no decline to our Ideas, and we received a reply from the club. We urge everyone to join us by moving your seats to SK1, Buying your tickets there or moving your Season ticket for the match for our official "SK1 Trial" We know that it is not near the away fans but L/K are completely restricted to their current size, and we feel we should be chanting on the Team rather than the opposition fans, This gives us the opportunity to fill our corner with 2,000-3,000 fans who are completely dedicated to singing for 90 minutes non stop! This will also ignite the kop we hope! We had a recent update on Foxestalk where we have initially spread this idea, And so far have around 100+ people who have changed their tickets, Combined with the 25-50 already up there, and we have a solid platform! We plan on getting large flags in our section in the coming months, and will be getting flyers to advertise the idea further, we also have one of the members who has cut over 6,000 pieces of paper to use as confetti at kick off! We will be meeting in SK1 at 2.30 to get a feel for the section, but also fans are meeting in their droves in local pubs to get to know each other! We really hope you can join us in this idea, We need to make the KP a cauldron of noise, and make this one of the hardest places for teams to come to. Please see the thread, and share it to everyone! http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/topic/92855-charlton-h-sk1/
This is nothing to do with me, just thought I would help them out by getting it to as many LCFC fans.
Ive heard this, i wouldn't object, but this is normally where i sit, so if it works, i wonder how hard it will be to get my regular seat after Blackpool. Im not going Charlton and already have my Bpool ticket, as long as no-one books my seats beyond then, it will be hunky dunky
Queenie maybe you should post to get some fans, yet another 'massive' crowd of 16,500 for you yesterday
Dont need to beg for fans mate..we are s special breed...not glory hunters coming out of the woodwork like Chelscum....what was your average crowd 10 years ago then...Did anyone in Leicester actually know their was a "soccer" team thier? Thought you were all "rugga buggers" ?....well..when you were winning of course. couldnt expect a Leicester bod to actually support thier team during the hard times...that would make you REAL supporters...bit like us ! #pleasesingforus..
Imagine 15,000. Double that. Then add a bit more. (Not sure Queenie can comprehend a number that big. Thought I'd be nice and break it down for him. #Idiot)
Think the phrase was "must try harder" mate..Its from a school report. I guess in retrospect you probably would have a decent crowd back then, taking into consideration that northerners didnt have electricity, the internet or inside toilets back in them days.....what else would you "up north" be doing apart from inter-breeding?
Haha you are getting us confused with our ****e neighbours notts forest. They have to live in the past and bleet on about how they last won a trophy in the 70's and not have electricity or internet lol Talking of winning trophys, had the wheel been invented the last time the mighty QPR lifted some silverware!
Well we won it a few years ago, so by your boards logic, that makes us a better team cue abuse...........
boys, its been fun but its 2pm and ive finished work heading for a beer now so I'l catch ya next time
