Fair enough I dont doubt a deal was done so no one else was getting a look in - but didnt king say this 2 years ago?

If he truesly has the gers at heart then he could buy every share going for about £20m based on the current price (I again accept if there was a sniff of this the price would go up!) Why doesnt he do that? A Rangers back in the SPL back in Europe would be worth much more - so he could sell it on or have something worth much more in the future

Get rid of the ****s bleeding money and the club wouldnt need external income - it could be run self sufficiently so he wouldnt need to invest huge sums?

BUt no he wants the fans to stump up the money and he be the "main man"

Has anybody ever asked how much money this guy actually has left?

    Radical viewpoint .

I totally agree with Dodger Dave , Rangers fans shouldn't renew season tickets . In fact they should have did this befire last season . The club is that much of a shambkes only another liquidation and a complete clear out of what is there at the moment will be enough .

I wouldn't trust the ****s on the board to run a raffle nevemind a football club .

blue knights and kennedy etc were rejected in favour of green, they weren't to happy about the upfront payment that was non-refundable.

you being a celtic fan should know all this, hang your head in shame.

as for the green favouritism, lets not forget that the yank was in there first but bailed out after the hostility/banners at the following home game.

rocket, i don't know why you even bother wasting your time replying to all these cockends. same ****e day in day out mate.

What a brainless **** you are.

Aye, he was scared off by a few banners and ******s shouting insults <doh>

Nothing to do with his team looking at the books and seeing that that it wasn't a viable business concern eh?

    suck a dick.

"Bill felt like it was a pretty unwelcoming environment. He would have had to do a lot of things that would make him less popular"

"But he has now said that "preliminary information" given by Duff & Phelps was "more optimistic than reality" and he is no longer pursuing his offer."

was only interested in asset stripping by the looks of things. what was so bad then? green managed to turn it around and apparently according to some celtic fans the money being lost today is due to mccoists staff bill which was non existent then.

    who is brainless?

run along now and ignore me like the big dawg says. :emoticon-0107-sweat

Firstly it was Rocket, a fellow Ger of yours, who mentioned Green was getting the deal no matter what.

Secondly interesting you mention the Yank - he used the banners as an excuse to get away because his idea to liquidate part of the company and keep the good was not liked by the fans - because you were all dead set against anything to do with "liquidation" as it would be the end of Rangers <laugh>
