That's a great film, remember watching it on Video after a weekend out on the piss.

Think the ''The Wanderers'' was out at the same time?

    RIP

First watched The Warriors at the ABC when it came out at one of the Midnight Showings they used to screen on a weekend. Used to go drinking, then go to 'The Flicks'. More often than not, I'd fall asleep ( The Song Remains The Same springs to mind) but The Warriors blew me away. Walked home shouting 'Warriors, come out to play' through the deserted streets of Spring Bank at 2.30am. Cool as **** and king of the world!

Last watched it on a flight to Gran Caneria last summer. (Director's Cut). Remember thinking how fresh, un-dated and cool it still was. If you haven't seen it, seek it out. You won't be disappointed.

It holds a special place in my heart, the acting is actually terrible, but at the time it came out, it was brilliant.

Much like Clockwork Orange, it was of it's time.
