Does anyone else here believe we should pass on the captain's armband to a more vocal player? Huds is no longer an option, Bellars would be perfect bar for all the pointless tantrums but seriously who else is left that is up for a real dogfight? Or would change so late destroy Caulkers confidence? I just don't see a natural leader amongst our squad.
I think we have much bigger problems than who wears the armband. No obvious alternatives in the team. Bigger problems include defence, midfield and attack.
A couple of teams in the past have used their goal keeper as captain and Marshall well respected. Sadly i do not see a leader as manager at the moment ............
Give it to Bellers if he is playing if not Medel, i'm sure the others would get the gist in no time at all.

All 11 players should be up for a dogfight or shouldn't be playing! Caulker looked like he had given up imo.
Bad karma to change midstream but if it had to be , Marshal seems a no brainer to me .He already inspires so being captain may inspire more.
I've thought that since Christmas. His communication skills are not great and he isn't seen trying to rally the troops as Hudson used to. Bellers or Marshie for me.
