I think the signing of Butland has sent a message out we are out to sign young hungry talented players just what we need .I also think that without doubt this is all down to our new owner can you imagine the present regime sanction this move or Bated for that matter
No I am delighted with this loan signing

Agreed 60. Like I keep saying, I can't wait for Cellino deal to be ratified. Proper class players will be signed rather than the mainly rubbish of the last ten years. Dozens of donkeys pulled on the famous Leeds shirt. Would love to shove a firework up Harveys arse and see would it speed things along

Isn't this guy in the England squad? If so, he'll do for me. If he's Stoke's 3rd choice AND he's in the England squad, perhaps we should sign him up for next season.

Not sure why this is getting all this hype. Paddy is injured, ankle knackered due to carrying all that timber.
Our only reserve keeper is still in short trousers. Stoke were begging someone to take Butland on loan and are paying most of his wages. This deal has nothing to do with the future it's an emergency loan.

Hope your joking there Jonny or you could get nominated for a Soppy Ballocks.[Gordon Banks,Peter Shilton]Englands best 2 ever were Stoke,And in Asmir Begovic they currently have one of the worlds best keepers.Peter Sorensen there second choice keeper is better than anything we have had in 30-40 years, and Butland had a great game against us earlier this season, turned down Man u to sign for Stoke because he wants first team football and was Birminghams young player of the season 2 years ago while playing for England.

That's not in question, it's just some seem to think this is a Cellino related long term move. It's not.

Quite a sweeping statement Chesh, better than Nigel Martyn? David Harvey? John Lukic?
