Brighton said before the end of the season that only a few thousand would be available for free sale. Bet there's quite a few loyal Brighton fans left out in the cold.
They already have a waiting list for season tickets as all season tickets for next season are sold out. Their chairman has stated that as soon as the transport links have been proven at the start of the season a planning application would be made straight away to increase capacity to 30k by filling in the corners. They have built the stadium so that another tier can be built without raising the roof on the east stand for further expansion after the corners are filled.
